Delem Support Centre was established, which is formly known as De-Star Automation in India and DSC Far East(Singapore) in Singapore.
We realized that the most advanced sheet metal machinery having CNC controls and hydraulic systems needed an important/urgent link of after sale service support in the fabrication industries. This missing link was a big hurdle and hitch for the CNC sheet metal machine Manufactures and the users of these machines in India and South East Asia.
Mr. H.J Versluis of Delem b.v. The Netherlands visited India in 1998 having the concern of the missing link of after sale service support in the fabrication industries met with Mr. IP Singh and decided to establish a solution for overcoming this hurdle of missing link by giving a direct support from Delem, The Netherlands.
